VIP sale terms
Everything that applies only to the KeldCo VIP sale and the thank-you gift card is on this page and nowhere else, so the page can be removed as one block after the sale.

This page applies only to online orders placed at keldco.com for delivery within Australia during the KeldCo VIP sale, and to gift cards we issue under clause 6. Orders placed in our main sale are covered by our Black Friday sale terms (https://keldco.com/pages/bfcm-terms). This page forms part of our Terms of Service. If it conflicts with the rest of the Terms of Service about these promotions, this page applies. All times are Brisbane time (AEST, UTC+10). All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
We may remove this page after our Black Friday sales have finished. It will keep applying to orders placed, gifts given and gift cards issued while it was on our website.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
1. VIP sale period
1.1 VIP sale: 6:30pm AEST Thursday 29 October 2026 to 6:30pm AEST Friday 30 October 2026 (24 hours only). VIP sale offers do not apply to orders placed after it ends.
1.2 The order time recorded by our online store (Shopify), in Brisbane time, decides whether an order falls in the VIP sale.
2. Build Your Own Bundle discount
2.1 Buy eligible devices in one order during the VIP sale and save:

2.2 "Up to 40% off" means that discount applies only to orders of 5 or more eligible devices.
2.3 Eligible devices are: KeldCo Solar Camera Pro 3.0 WIFI, KeldCo Solar Camera Pro 2.0 4G, KeldCo DoorMate Doorbell Camera Wifi, KeldCo Home Guardian Indoor Video Camera, KeldCo Glass Eye Window Security Camera, KeldCo Door Nerve, and KeldCo Lumis Pro Flood Light Security Camera. Multi-packs, bundles and kits (for example our Home Guardian packs, Security Camera packs and Solar Camera bundles) are separate prebuilt products: they are not eligible devices, do not count towards the discount levels above, and don't combine with other devices. They are sold at their own price. Free gift items don't count. Memory cards, trackers, solar panels, brackets and other accessories, shipping protection, VIP fast-track and gift cards are not eligible devices and are not discounted.
2.4 Discounts are taken off our everyday keldco.com price, which is the price we actually charged for that product before the sale (for example, Solar Camera Pro 3.0 WIFI A$329). We have not raised any price for this sale.
2.5 Other discount codes can't be used with the bundle discount. The only exception is a KeldCo thank-you gift card sent to you by email. A gift card is a way of paying, not a discount code, and can be used with the bundle discount (see clause 6).
3. VIP gift: free Solar Cam Pro 3.0 (first 10 orders only)
3.1 The first 10 qualifying orders placed during the VIP sale will receive one free KeldCo Solar Cam Pro 3.0 (value A$329, our everyday price).
3.2 A qualifying order is a single order placed and paid during the VIP sale where the amount paid is over A$300 after discounts, including GST, not including shipping and not counting any free items. Amounts paid with a KeldCo thank-you gift card count as paid.
3.3 "First" means the first 10 qualifying orders by the order time recorded by our online store, in Brisbane time. An order takes its place among the first 10 when it is placed and paid.
3.4 This is first come, first served. It is not a game of chance and there is no draw.
3.5 Limit of one Solar Cam Pro 3.0 gift per customer and per household. KeldCo staff orders and test orders don't count and can't qualify.
3.6 Added by us, not at checkout. The free Solar Cam Pro 3.0 is not added automatically at checkout. After you place a qualifying order, we add it to your order ourselves, before your order is dispatched. It may not show in your cart or checkout, and may not appear in your first order confirmation email.
3.7 Spots are not passed on. Once an order has taken one of the 10 places, that place is used up. If that order is later cancelled, refunded or charged back, the free Solar Cam Pro 3.0 is not given to another order, and you do not receive it if your order is cancelled or fully refunded. If a place is lost because we cancel your order for our own error (for example, we cannot supply the items), we will tell you and, if you still wish to buy, we will honour the gift on your replacement order.
3.8 This gift can be received in addition to the gifts in clause 4.
4. Free gifts with purchase
4.1 In a single order placed and paid during the VIP sale:
- Pay A$1,000 or more and get a free KeldCo Home Guardian Indoor Video Camera (value A$119, our everyday price). Limited to the first 500 qualifying orders. This limit is shared with our main sale, so orders placed in our main sale also count towards it.
- Pay A$2,000 or more and get a free KeldCo DoorMate Doorbell Camera Wifi (value A$299, our everyday price). Limited to the first 50 qualifying orders. This limit is shared with our main sale, so orders placed in our main sale also count towards it.
4.2 "Pay" means the amount you pay after discounts, including GST, not including shipping. The amount includes any amount you pay with a KeldCo thank-you gift card. Full-price TF cards, trackers, packs, bundles and kits count towards this amount. Free items and discounts do not count.
4.3 Orders of A$2,000 or more get both gifts while both gift limits last. Maximum one of each gift per order.
4.4 Gifts are added automatically. When your cart qualifies, the gift is added to your cart for free. No code is needed. If you expected a gift and it is not in your cart, your cart doesn't qualify yet or the gift limit has been reached; contact us before you pay and we will check. If your order qualified but the gift was missing, tell us within 14 days of your order and we will add or send it.
4.5 Each gift offer runs while its gift limit lasts, and ends when its limit is reached or when the VIP sale ends, whichever comes first. We show the gift limits next to each free-gift offer on keldco.com, in our emails and in our videos. We count gift orders at least once a day. Because we count periodically, a few orders placed after a limit is reached, but before we have updated keldco.com, may still receive the gift, and we will honour them. When a gift offer ends, keldco.com will clearly show it has ended.
4.6 "First" means by the order time recorded by our online store, in Brisbane time. Cancelled, fully refunded or charged-back orders don't count towards the limit.
5. Rules for all gifts (clauses 3 and 4)
5.1 Gifts can't be exchanged for cash, credit or other products. No substitutions, except that if a gift is unavailable we may send an equivalent product of the same or higher value.
5.2 Returns: if you return or are refunded for items so that your order no longer meets a gift's condition, please return that gift unused, or we will deduct its stated value from your refund.
5.3 If a gift limit is passed because orders were placed at the same time, or before our count was updated, we will still honour the gift for every order placed while the gift was shown as available on keldco.com.
5.4 Gifts have the same consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law as anything else we sell.
5.5 We have not raised the price of any product to fund these gifts.
6. KeldCo thank-you gift card
6.1 Who gets one and how much. KeldCo may email a free thank-you gift card to customers who bought 2 or more eligible devices (in total, as listed in clause 2.3, counting each eligible device inside a pack, bundle or kit; for example a 3 x Home Guardian Pack counts as 3 devices) in orders placed from 23 October 2026 until 6:30pm AEST on 28 October 2026. The amount is A$20 for every full A$500 you paid in those orders. There is no maximum. For example:

The card goes up by A$20 for each further full A$500. A part-A$500 left over doesn't count towards the next A$20. Customers who bought only 1 device, or who paid less than A$500, don't receive a gift card. It is a free gift card for use at keldco.com. It was not bought, it is not for sale, and it has no cash value.
6.2 What "paid" means. "Paid" is the total you paid for those orders after discounts and after any refunds, not counting shipping, including GST, added up per customer. We work this out once, shortly after 6:30pm AEST on 28 October 2026. If you later cancel or return items from those orders, clause 6.10 applies. "Eligible devices" are the devices listed in clause 2.3. For this clause 6 only, eligible devices inside a pack, bundle or kit count. TF cards, trackers and accessories don't count as devices, including those inside a pack, bundle or kit. Buying only 1 device in total does not qualify. One customer is one email address, or one name and delivery address.
6.3 Expires on 27 November 2026, as stated in your email. After that it can't be used or reinstated. We charge no fees on it.
6.4 One gift card per eligible customer. There is no minimum spend. You can use all of it at once or in parts until it expires. Any balance left at expiry is lost.
6.5 When it works, and with what. Your gift card is active as soon as we issue it. Our store reopens at 6:30pm AEST on Thursday 29 October 2026, and you can use the card on orders from then. You can use it on orders placed during our Black Friday sales (VIP sale and main sale), together with the Build Your Own Bundle discount. It can't be used with any other discount code (see clause 2.5).
6.6 It counts as payment. A gift card is a way of paying, not a discount. The amount you pay that counts towards the gift thresholds in clause 4 (A$1,000 and A$2,000) and the first-10 Solar Cam Pro 3.0 gift in clause 3 (over A$300) includes any amount you pay with this gift card. Free items and discounts do not count. Example: if your order comes to A$1,010 after discounts and you pay A$40 of it with the gift card and A$970 by card, you still get the A$1,000 gift.
6.7 The gift card can't be used to buy another gift card. It can't be exchanged for cash, sold or transferred for payment. Anyone who holds the code can use it, so keep it safe: we can't replace a used card.
6.8 Refunds for faults, and orders we cancel. If you are refunded for an order you paid for partly with this gift card because an item is faulty or not as described, or because we cancel your order, we return the gift card part to the gift card if it is still valid. If it has expired, we will issue a replacement gift card for that amount, valid for 3 years. A refund like this does not cancel or reduce your gift card.
6.9 We may cancel a gift card or order obtained by error, fraud or abuse. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
6.10 If you cancel or return your qualifying purchase. The gift card is a thank-you for customers who keep their purchase. If, after we issue your gift card, you cancel a qualifying order, or return any item from it for a change-of-mind refund under our 30-day money-back guarantee (https://keldco.com/policies/refund-policy), we will cancel any unused balance on your gift card, even if you return only part of the order. A "qualifying order" is an order we counted when we issued your gift card. Swapping an item for the same item or a replacement is not a return for this clause.
6.11 If you have already used the gift card. If you have already used some of the gift card, we only cancel what is left. We do not take back what you have already used. Clauses 6.10 and 6.11 do not apply to a refund for a fault or for an item that is not as described, to an order we cancel, or to any other right you have under the Australian Consumer Law, and they do not limit those rights.
References in clause 6 to 'clause 4', 'clause 3' and 'clause 2.5' are to those clauses of this page.
7. General
7.1 We may cancel an order, or remove a discount or gift from it, if it was obtained through a pricing or system error, fraud, or abuse of these terms (for example, using multiple accounts to get extra gifts). If we do, we will tell you and refund anything you paid for the cancelled part.
7.2 We may vary or cancel a promotion if it can't run as planned for reasons beyond our control, subject to any regulator direction. Any change will not affect orders already placed. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
7.3 Privacy: we use your details to process orders, run these promotions and contact winners, and as set out in our Privacy Policy at https://keldco.com/policies/privacy-policy.
